"Microsoft Windows 10 ships with two browsers: Internet Explorer 11 and the new Edge browser.
The Edge browser will be the default browser, and Internet Explorer 11 will be available to support legacy workflows. The updated Edge browser will now use extensions and they are available free from the web store.(must be used for fillable Adobe Forms and mailto: links). The Acrobat/Reader will work with Edge using this method.
Follow the install instructions for each application.
When you view a PDF in a Chrome window it uses Chrome's built in PDF viewer, whatever add-ons you might have, and whether or not Acrobat Reader is installed. If you use extensions in Google Chrome the forms and mailto: links will work.
Make sure you have enabled the correct software for your Cell Phone or Tablet to properly view fillable forms.
Use Internet Explorer 11 or Firefox to open PDFs. Enable the Acrobat/Reader plug-in in Internet Explorer or Firefox or any other browser."
The simplest option is to download the worksheet to your computer, fill in the information, save the file and return as an attachment to ken@u-fabboats.com.
